This honey has an amber color, naturally crystallized, and its smell and taste vary depending on the flowers collected. After honey extraction by mechanical centrifugation, the honey is cold decanted, then filtered and packaged. The processing temperature is always below 50°C.
Wildflower honey is a versatile honey that can be used for hot drinks or as a spread.
