Scotti Pasta Venere® – Fusilli, Penne & Spaghetti

Pasta Venere® by Riso Scotti combines whole wheat durum with the unmistakable taste and dark color of black Venere® rice.

The recipe for all three shapes is the same: 75% whole wheat durum semolina and 25% whole grain Venere® black rice flour. The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of approximately 8 minutes.
