Orders

  • Receiving your invoice: You will automatically receive your invoice by email as an attachment to the shipping confirmation.
  • Paying by invoice: Transfer the invoice amount to our account within 30 days of receiving the goods, using the QR code on the invoice.


  • You ordered the wrong item:
    Please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered without delay. Return the incorrect item at your own expense so that we can refund the correct amount.

    Damaged item:Keep: If you wish to keep the item, contact us for a price reduction (applies only to coffee machines).Exchange: Order the item again and return the defective one. We will refund the cost of the first order.Retain the shipping receipt.

  • Discount/Voucher: Please check the terms of your discount (e.g., minimum order value, promotional period). For questions, contact us at info@labottega-delcaffe.ch
  • Order information: All your orders can be found in your online account under "My Account".
  • Spare parts/accessories: For quick processing, please provide the following information: item number, model name, color, purchase date, and desired delivery address. Contact us at info@labottega-delcaffe.ch
  • Change/Cancellation: Unfortunately, subsequent changes or cancellations are not possible. You can refuse to accept the goods or return the items at your own expense within 10 days. Alternatively, you can return the items free of charge at our coffee shop.
