Discover Mokaflor coffee beans from the traditional Florentine roastery. The range extends from elegant 100% Arabica coffees to strong Arabica-Robusta blends and 100% Robusta. This allows you to find different intensities and flavor profiles for portafilter machines, fully automatic coffee machines, espresso, and milk-based drinks.
Mokaflor has been roasting in Florence since 1950. A special feature is the separate roasting of individual coffee origins before they are combined into the respective blends. This allows different green coffees to be more precisely tuned to their desired roast profile.
Which Mokaflor coffee beans are available?
The classic Mokaflor blends cover a wide spectrum:
Miscela Nera: 100% Arabica, fine and aromatic
Miscela Bernini: 100% Arabica, elegant, sweet, fruity, and floral
Miscela Oro: 80% Arabica / 20% Robusta, balanced and creamy
Miscela Rossa: 60% Arabica / 40% Robusta, strong and full-bodied
Miscela Blu: 50% Arabica / 50% Robusta, very full-bodied and intense
Dolce Forte: 100% Robusta, especially strong and creamy
In addition, you will find other Mokaflor coffee beans such as Gran Crema, Decaffeinato, or special editions, as well as a tasting set for a direct comparison of several varieties.
Mokaflor beans for the portafilter
For portafilter machines, whole beans offer maximum control over grind size, coffee quantity, and extraction time. The broad Mokaflor spectrum is particularly interesting because, depending on your preference, you can choose from fine 100% Arabica profiles to very strong Robusta blends.
Mokaflor in fully automatic coffee machines
Many Mokaflor coffee beans are also very well suited for fully automatic coffee machines. For espresso and caffè crema, more balanced blends can be chosen; for cappuccino and latte macchiato, more full-bodied varieties are particularly interesting because their coffee aroma remains present even with milk.
250 g, 500 g, or 1000 g?
Several Mokaflor varieties are available in different pack sizes. 250 g are excellent for getting to know them, 500 g for regular enjoyment, and 1000 g for favorite varieties, heavy drinkers, the office, or gastronomy. If you would like to test several varieties, you can opt for the tasting set with 4 × 250 g.
