What is the difference between Pecorino and Montepulciano?
Pecorino is the base for the two white wines here, while Montepulciano is the grape variety for the two red wines. Consequently, they differ significantly in aroma, structure, and food pairing.
What distinguishes the standard Pecorino from the Prestige Pecorino?
The standard Pecorino Vignaquadra is aged in stainless steel tanks. The Prestige version is additionally aged in barriques and then in the bottle, making it appear more complex and spicy.
What distinguishes the Montepulciano Vignaquadra from the Prestige Montepulciano?
The standard Vignaquadra is aged in stainless steel tanks and partially in wooden barrels. The Prestige version undergoes significantly longer aging, partly for around 20 months in French oak barrels.
Which Collefrisio wine pairs well with fish and seafood?
The Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGT Vignaquadra goes very well with fish and seafood. The Prestige Pecorino is also excellent with seafood and pasta.

At what temperature should Collefrisio wine be served?
