Collefrisio Pecorino Prestige Vignaquadra – elegant, fresh & aromatic
The Pecorino Prestige Vignaquadra from Collefrisio is initially aged for four months in steel tanks, before maturing for another four months in barriques and then resting for one month in the bottle.
In the glass, it presents a bright golden color with good density. The nose unfolds delicate floral aromas of freesias and mimosas, accompanied by ripe fruit – peach, apricot, and tropical nuances – as well as subtle woody and citrus notes.
On the palate, it is harmonious, fresh, and spicy, with a balanced structure, roundness, and a long finish. A versatile white wine that pairs perfectly with seafood, pasta, or white meat.
