After intensive research, this 100% Arabica composition of South and Central American varieties was created: creamy, sweet, with a balanced acidity profile and a delicate chocolate aroma. In an espresso (25 ml, 93°C, 26 seconds), it presents a hazelnut-brown crema with notes of vanilla and milk chocolate. The sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced.
