Borbone's Arabica blend impresses with its medium-dark roast, which gives it the aroma of hazelnut, dark chocolate, and a hint of brown sugar.
The roast is well-balanced and therefore doesn't make the espresso too strong, with low caffeine content. Instead, it caresses the palate with its soft, sweet sensation.
In the finish, the typical Arabica fruit notes reminiscent of papaya, blueberry, and grape can be detected.
For a 100% Arabica, this blend also performs extremely well in the cup. A dense crema, dark brown in color, and long-lasting.
