Like all Borbone coffees, this blend is also roasted in Naples, though slightly contrary to Neapolitan tradition. This blend is medium-bodied and roasted a bit lighter than the typical dark Neapolitan roast. Nevertheless, Crema Superiore lives up to its name – its crema is incomparably dense and long-lasting on the aromatic espresso.
On the palate, this blend presents aromas of almond, walnut, and caramel, making you feel as if you’re in an Italian espresso bar. Thanks to its Robusta content, Crema Superiore has a beautiful texture and a full body.
