With Guglielmo, the Espresso Bar is designed to be somewhat more elegant, with the Robusta beans better integrated. The roast develops cocoa and dark chocolate notes and has a bready sensation on the palate. In addition, woody, cedar notes from the Robusta bean are also noticeable. Overall, a "bright" flavor profile unfolds, which has little in common with the dark-toasty roasts of other Southern Italians.
