The southern Italian roastery Mauro has created Centopercento, an espresso consisting of 100% high-quality Arabica beans. The beans come from growing regions in Central and South America, including Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia, and Puerto Rico. Gentle, long-term roasting at low temperatures allows the aromas of the individual varieties to unfold optimally. The espresso is particularly characterized by its fruity note with a hint of chocolate.
When prepared in an espresso machine, Centopercento develops a unique taste, full aroma, and a stable, soft crema.
