This coffee guarantees a balanced taste that combines a magnificent aroma with a fabulous crema.
Naturally, Caffen also roasts according to old Neapolitan tradition, which is characterized, among other things, by a considerably longer roasting time at lower temperatures.
This not only makes the beans darker and contain less acid, caffeine, and water, but the coffee is also generally more stomach-friendly!
Since November 19, 2013, Maxima has carried the official "Espresso" seal of approval and has thus been certified by the Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano from Brescia!
