- Method of preparation for 24 cups: 1 sachet of Ciobar 600 g + 3 litres of milk A cup of Ciobar is made with 125 ml of milk and 25 g of the mixture.
- 1 Mix 200 g of Ciobar per litre of milk. 2 Pour into the chocolate maker, select maximum temperature and switch on. 3 Once the ideal consistency is reached, serve in a cup. Keep at 75°C. With a fully loaded 3-litre chocolatier, the ideal density is reached after approx. 45 minutes.
