Founded in Bologna in 1919, the Filicori Zecchini coffee roasting company is still run by the founding families in its third generation. For over a century, the company has been committed to its Italian roasting tradition: first-class Arabica beans are roasted separately, gently and slowly in a drum roaster, and then air-cooled.
