Description
The panettone dough is made with fresh egg yolk, water, extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, natural yeast, Italian honey, emulsifiers, and salt. The chestnuts and candied orange peels are incorporated into the dough before baking.
The panettone has a round shape and is about 20 cm high. It is glazed with an icing made from sugar, egg whites, almonds, almond flour, olive oil, rice flour, corn flour, and rice starch.
