Description
La Molisana uses only 100% Italian wheat for the production of its Fusilli N°28. This ensures the highest quality. With the help of agronomical research, only very good Italian seeds are selected. This results in a protein-rich durum wheat with exceptional toughness and elasticity. At this stage of pasta production, the quality of the consistency is already determined. A special feature of La Molisana is also the milling method. After harvesting, stones mill and clean the durum wheat in a traditional manner.
