Special Quality
Predominantly Brazilian Arabica coffee. The rich and full-bodied taste with its strong crema gives this coffee its very special character. The caffeine content is only between 1.4 to 1.7%.
Roasting according to Neapolitan tradition
Kenon roasts according to old Neapolitan tradition with significantly longer roasting times at lower temperatures. The beans are roasted darker and contain less acid, caffeine, and water. The result: a stomach-friendlier coffee with a distinct character.
