Description
La Molisana uses only 100% Italian wheat for the production of Bucatini N°12, thus ensuring the highest quality. With the help of agronomic research, only very good Italian seeds are selected, from which a protein-rich durum wheat with exceptional toughness and elasticity grows. At this stage of pasta production, the quality of the consistency is already determined. A special feature of La Molisana is also the peeling method. After the harvest, stones peel and clean the durum wheat in a traditional manner.
