The beans come from selected producers in Central and South America, Asia, and Africa, are gently decaffeinated, and then dark roasted using the typical Italian drum roasting method. This results in a wonderfully intense taste experience with a hint of sweetness and a delicate chocolate note, providing the perfect balance of a mild coffee.
