Caffè Moak was founded in 1967 and operates in coffee roasting and distribution. The company is present in many countries around the world and originated in Modica, where it was founded. Modica, throughout its millennia-old history, was part of the greatest civilizations: Motyca for the Greeks, Motuca for the Romans, Mohac for the Arabs. And it was precisely the Arabs that Giovanni Spadola wanted to evoke when he created a new entrepreneurial reality.
