Crema Novi, an authentic specialty in a simple jar. The high quantity of selected hazelnuts from our hills naturally gives Crema Novi an ideal spreadability: always without the addition of fats other than those naturally contained in hazelnuts and cocoa. Crema Novi is rich in unsaturated fats, which are healthier than saturated fats. The hazelnut oil it contains consists of a high amount of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat typical of extra virgin olive oil. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal cholesterol levels
