The typical Naples blend by Antonio Nurri

Neapolitan coffee roasts are characterized by dark roast levels. Aromas of nuts, chocolate, and caramel dominate the taste.

Antonio Nurri follows this tradition with Caffè Partenopeo. A coffee that you won't soon forget. Perfect for finishing a rich meal. Or for that full-bodied kick in between, with a long-lasting aftertaste.

Caffè Partenopeo (Caffè Napoletano) by Nurri Coffee

For Caffè Partenopeo, previously sold under the name "Caffè Napoletano", Antonio Nurri uses various Central American Arabicas and 20% washed Robusta beans. Processed individually and gently in his Trabattoni drum roaster, the beans are only blended after roasting. Due to the dark Neapolitan roast level, aromas of honey and roasted hazelnuts emerge in the espresso cup. The fine acids of the Arabicas used provide the flavor elegance.

Antonio Nurri - About the person

Antonio Nurri has long been well-known in the coffee industry. After studying philosophy and psychology, he initially worked as an export manager for a coffee roastery. Through his engagement with coffee as a raw material, Nurri discovered a new and fascinating world full of aromas.

After founding his own coffee roastery Nurri Coffee in Naples, Antonio Nurri roasts his darker and Robusta-containing Neapolitan blends in a 120-kilo Trabattoni roaster. He reserves his 15-kilo GIESEN roaster exclusively for Arabica specialties, which he roasts with a gentler approach. However, for all his roasts, aromatic balance and smoothness are the goal.

Our conclusion: If you're looking for taste variety, you should fill your grinder with Crema d'Arabia. As Antonio Nurri says (?): "Once you drink me, you'll want me again."
