Description
The panettone dough is made with fresh egg yolks, water, extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, natural yeast, candied orange peel, Italian honey, emulsifiers, and salt. The chocolate chips are incorporated into the dough before baking.
The panettone has a round shape and is about 20 cm high. It is glazed with an icing made from sugar, egg white, almonds, almond flour, olive oil, rice flour, corn flour, and rice starch.
