Description
Filippi's Panettone is a sourdough bread made according to a traditional recipe. The dough is processed slowly and gently, giving it its loose and airy consistency.
Since Filippi's Panettone contains olive oil, it cannot be called Panettone. Panettone is usually made with butter. Filippi therefore simply calls their pastry "Dolce", which means "sweet" in English.
Despite the missing name, Filippi's Panettone is a particularly delicious sourdough pastry. It is perfect for the Christmas season, but also a delight for other occasions.
