The high proportion of Robusta beans of 70% ensures a rich, dense, hazelnut-brown crema. A typical Neapolitan, in other words. Thanks to the dark South Italian roast, the espresso is low in acidity and caffeine. Elmir is very well suited as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
