Rustichella d'Abruzzo organic wholemeal Fettuccine Rustichella d'Abruzzo made from "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat have the unmistakable rusticity and intense aroma of ancient wheat. They are bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures to obtain a unique texture that can absorb and retain any type of seasoning. They are extremely versatile in the kitchen and pair perfectly with fish-based seasonings such as peeled scampi, crispy leeks and Rustichella organic extra virgin olive oil, or with Rustichella d'Abruzzo organic Genoese pesto.
