Ready-made sauce, prepared by slow cooking 100% organic tomato puree, Aprutino Pescarese extra virgin olive oil, basil, carrots, onions, and salt; just as it used to be made. Ideal for a "healthy" lunch or dinner, for example, in combination with Rustichella d'Abruzzo organic spelt pasta. Consume at room temperature or slightly warmed over low heat.
