Description

A careful blend of brown rice, brown corn, sorghum, and teff makes De Cecco Spaghetti appetizing even in its gluten-free version. Chewy, rough, and consistent, they are ideal for typical recipes such as Carbonara, Amatriciana, and alla gricia, and are also excellent for quick seasonings like oil, garlic, and chili. The bronze wire, which gives the pasta its porosity, ensures that the spaghetti blends with your favorite sauces while maintaining the important "al dente" cooking.
