Description
This variety consists of 100% Robusta beans and is a tribute to original Neapolitan coffee. The espresso tastes very intense – as if you were truly basking in the sun at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. It is very aromatic and brings a light, pleasant acidity. Through dry processing, fruit sugar from the pulp penetrates the coffee beans, lending more sweetness to the finished coffee. The beans are then roasted in the traditional Italian way: slowly and gently. With roasting cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes, the aromas can develop better. These beans are roasted rather dark.
