Our lightly roasted blend with its distinct full-bodied flavour, combining the bold aroma of Brazilian and Caribbean Arabica varieties with the sweetness of Central American Arabica varieties and the strong, creamy texture of Indian and Indonesian Robusta varieties.
The Gran Crema blend is our recommendation for automatic coffee machines, filter coffee and all new brewing methods such as V60, Aeropress, French Press or Toddy Brew.
We tasted this coffee with a French Press with a brew ratio of 50g per litre at a temperature of 94°C. The aroma is of vanilla, chocolate and caramel. This coffee has a structured body and a very pleasant and light acidity.
