Vergnano - 100% Arabica - Ground

Caffè Vergnano 1882's Arabica 100% Moka ground 250g tin is made from 100% finest Arabica beans. The coffee varieties are roasted separately depending on their origin, allowing the desired roast level to be achieved for each. The beans are also traditionally processed using a slow roasting method, with cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. This long-term roasting allows the mild aroma of the beans to develop perfectly. The full-bodied taste is perfectly rounded off by a slight sweetness. The slightly darker roast and low bitterness contribute to a balanced flavor. The beans are ground slightly coarser, specifically for brewing in a traditional Moka pot, which also results in a beautiful crema. The Arabica 100% Moka is perfect as an espresso, lungo, or cappuccino.
