Vergnano - Antica Bottega - Ground

The Antica Bottega by Caffé Vergnano 1882 consists of 100 percent finest Arabica beans and is specially ground for Bialetti and French Press. The coffee varieties are roasted separately according to their origin, allowing the desired roast level to be achieved for each. The beans are also traditionally processed using a slow roasting method, with individual cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. The Bottega's taste is particularly mild due to the green coffee from Central America and it also boasts a long-lasting, fine crema. The expressive body is excellently rounded off by a slight sweetness and a pleasant fruit acidity. This blend offers particularly high quality as it is oriented towards gastronomic products.
