Description
Caffè Vergnano Espresso is a spirited blend consisting of 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta beans. The Robusta content gives this espresso a particularly strong flavor, rounded off by a fruity note. Vergano preserves its aromatic taste through a particularly gentle refining process, using long-term roasting. This allows the aromas to develop intensely, offering a full flavor experience without the espresso gaining unnecessary acidity. The beans are also traditionally processed in a slow roasting method, with cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. This variety is recommended as an espresso, but is also suitable for preparation as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. The beans are specially ground for brewing in portafilters, Bialetti, or French Press.
