Vergnano - Gran Aroma - Ground

Caffè Vergnano Gran Aroma consists of 60% finest Arabica and 40% aromatic Robusta beans. Its robust aroma is underlined by a nutty, chocolatey taste. The high Robusta content also ensures a firm crema. Caffè Vergnano guarantees the aromatic taste through a particularly gentle refining process, using long-term roasting. This allows the aromas to unfold intensely and offers a long-lasting taste experience without unnecessary bitter notes. The beans are also traditionally processed in a slow roasting process, where cycles last between 18 and 22 minutes. This variety is recommended as an espresso, but it is also suitable for preparing as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. The beans are specially ground for Bialetti and French Press.
