Return Policy

Complaints regarding incorrect or faulty deliveries must be reported to La bottega del caffè GmbH within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Any returns must be sent back in their original packaging, unused, with the reason for return indicated, and without any signs of use. Should any of the above conditions not be met, we reserve the right to charge for the items despite their return.
