With Orzo Bimbo ground, you can prepare classic Italian Caffè d’Orzo in a Moka pot or Orziera. The roasted barley is coarsely ground, mild and toasted, and naturally caffeine-free.

For Moka pot and Orziera

For the Moka pot, fill the filter about halfway and do not press the powder down. In an Orziera, use about one spoonful per cup.
