Bio Zero Rosso – Abruzzo DOC with no added sulphites (750 ml)
The Bio Zero Rosso applies Cascina del Colle's Bio Zero concept to red Montepulciano grapes. Following initial trials with Trebbiano, the project was further developed using Montepulciano. Today, the winery explicitly labels Bio Zero Rosso as a wine with no added sulphites.
