The Evoluzione model, with its sophisticated system of four programmable dosages, equipped with a control unit and safety device, allows for consistent coffee volume; it represents the latest in espresso machine technology and guarantees extremely reliable performance.
Electronic version with volumetric coffee dosing via microprocessor control unit. Programming of 5 automatic and independent coffee dosages for each group directly via the keypad. The advantage of these machines is technological perfection; in fact, the espresso machines of the EVOLUZIONE line can always produce an espresso of excellent quality, even without special experience.
The Evoluzione model is available on request with a raised brewing group, which allows the espresso to be dispensed directly into comfortable, tall glasses. If cups are needed, we have a raised grid that can be placed under the brewing group.
