Pistachio Spread - Crema spalmabile al Pistacchio

A sweet, spreadable cream made from the artisanal processing of precious Sicilian pistachios, lightly roasted and then finely ground into a creamy paste. It is ideal for spreading on bread, biscuits or for filling sponge cakes, cookies and tarts. Try it in combination with traditional Carnival sweets or for an alternative tiramisu.

INGREDIENTS: 40% pistachios, sugar, vegetable oil and fat (palm fat, palm kernel fat), sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavouring, colour: E141. May contain traces of other nuts, soya and derivatives.
