Easy preparation
In the oven: Remove the shank from the bag, place it in a suitable dish, and heat at approx. 200 °C for about 30 minutes. You can add a little white wine if desired.
In a water bath: Place the closed bag in boiling water and heat for about 20 minutes. Then carefully open it and drain the resulting liquid.
In the air fryer: As an alternative, Negroni recommends preheating the air fryer to 190 °C, removing the shank from the aluminum bag, placing it in a suitable dish with a little water, and heating for about 30 minutes.
