Tender artichokes from Apulia, preserved in high-quality extra virgin olive oil and refined with classic herbs – parsley and basil. This product follows a traditional Southern Italian recipe and consists of 65.8% artichokes and 16.2% extra virgin olive oil. All ingredients are organically certified.
