La Reinese - Eggplant Fillets

Delicious aubergines, freshly processed during their natural harvest season and cut into fillets. The aubergines are also seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, hand-packed into jars, and preserved in sunflower oil. They are suitable for appetizers or as a side dish. Try them on sandwiches or toast.

Ingredients: Aubergines 60%, sunflower oil 35%, salt, hot chili peppers, extra virgin olive oil 2%, garlic, oregano, wine vinegar (contains sulfur dioxide), acidity regulator: citric acid; antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. May contain traces of fish and celery. Gluten-free.
