Khorasan wheat is the ancestor of modern durum wheat, having originated in the Middle East thousands of years ago. We use it to produce a high-quality pasta with a delicate aroma of white flowers and freshly shelled nuts. Its taste combines distinctive notes of pine nuts and macadamia nuts with subtle nuances of edible flowers.
